LAW AND LITIGATION

The laws of Cyprus govern these Terms. By accessing this Website and using our Services, you consent to these Terms and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts in all disputes arising out of such access. Assignment. These Terms and the licenses granted hereunder may be assigned by the Company but may not be assigned by you without the prior express written consent of the Company.

Governing Law. The Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
